Flexibility

The Garden Rooms are available seven days per week all year round. Our experienced team tailor each event to your own specific dreams and requirements.

Location

We are within one hour of the main North East and North Yorkshire cities, in the market town of Leyburn in Wensleydale - the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Accommodation

There is overnight accommodation within easy reach of The Garden Rooms. Our team can provide you with a full list and recommendations to suit you and your guests.

Menu Tasting

Can’t decide on which menu to choose? Once you have booked your wedding date with us, you will be able to meet with our executive Chef to talk through menu options, as well as taste each dish from your chosen wedding menu.

Relaxing Areas

Our soft seating and coffee tables are perfect for creating relaxing areas for your guests.

Table Decorations

Tea Lights, Round mirrors and Table name stands are all available for you to decorate your tables.

Tables and Chairs

We have standard 6ft and 5’6ft round tables, as well as rectangular tables, giving you the flexibility to create a variety of seating layouts. Our Limewash Chiavari chairs provide a comfortable yet elegant seat for your guests. We also have high chairs for younger guests.

Tableware

We have clear glassware, standard white plates and silverware, all polished and setup to your wedding catering requirements.

Layout

We are able to produce both 2D and 3D layout plans to suit all your design requirements. From dancefloor and relaxing areas, to your top table and catering setups.

Speech

PA systems are available with wireless or wired microphones.

Dance Floor

Our wooden parquet dance floor provides a solid base for your guests to dance the night away. Available in any size to suit you guest numbers, from 30-450.

Easels

We have easels that can be used to display your table plan. They can be adjusted to accommodate table plans of various sizes.

Guidance

Our wedding and event planners will guide and help plan all aspects of your wedding. From the table centre pieces, evening entertainment or even wedding transport, we have the knowledge and experience to make sure your day is planned to the finest detail.
