Art in the Cafe by Julia Noble

Julia Noble is a full time artist and framer. She specialises in oil painting, but also paints and teaches in pastel,  gouache and watercolour from her studio near Northallerton. She's had numerous solo exhibitions (the next being Richmond Station - July '27), her subjects range from still life and portraiture to the Yorkshire landscape and urban spaces. Although her work is representational, a loose, exploratory approach is central to it. Her practice is always evolving and finding new direction; and that same curiosity runs through her teaching.

Julia runs regular workshops for all skill levels covering a wide range of mediums and subjects, and welcomes visitors to her studio by appointment.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays

Please note our Festive Opening Hours where the Café will be closed over Christmas & New Year.
